How quickly will I get my whip?
For whips in inventory, I strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Custom order whips may take up to 3-4 weeks for construction before they are ready to ship.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipment is via UPS for both U.S. and international orders. Shipping cost per whip for the continental U.S. is usually $11. For overseas or international orders I will send you an invoice listing of the exact cost of shipment. I charge an additional flat rate handling fee of $3.
How do you process payment?
For all orders I use PayPal. After you confirm your bullwhip order and the whip is completed I will send you the bill and invoice. I strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
What is your return policy?
All my whips may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery to you. Buyer pays shipping costs. The whip must be returned in unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Please understand that I reserve the right to determine whether the whip has been used upon return before a refund will be given. If I determine that the whip has been used I will return the whip to you in the condition it came to me and no refund will be given. I do my best to treat everyone fairly, and ask only the same in return!
